Chandrayann-2 once again is all set to be relaunched on the next Monday. It will set out for the moon right at 02:43 pm (IST) on 22 July 2019. ISRO has announced it from their official Twitter handle.

Previously, the mission was scheduled to be launched at 02:15 am on the last Monday on 15 July 2019. But it was unexpectedly called off due to some technical glitch just an hour before the launch. ISRO issued a statement regarding this on Twitter.
A technical snag was observed in launch vehicle system at 1 hour before the launch. As a measure of abundant precaution, #Chandrayaan2 launch has been called off for today. Revised launch date will be announced later.

However, ISRO did not clarify what the mission suddenly declared abandoned for, accurately 56 minutes before the launch. Later, it came to know through the sources that a fault had been found during fuelling the GSLV-Mk III carrier. Liquid Hydrogen was leaking from the fuel tank of the carrier.
It is worthy to mention the GSLV-Mk III carrier namely Bahubali is very powerful in its category. It became a festive day from the early morning at Sriharikota on Sunday, 14 July 2019. Count-down started in the very evening. The whole country was keeping its eyes on the historic mission. So it was very disappointing when the mission rejected.
But the news of relaunching of Chandrayaan-2 from ISRO has made the countrymen prepared to count down again!
