Sesame Oil:
Ayurveda’s ancient book ‘Charaka Samhita’ also speaks about the usefulness of sesame body oil massage. Sesame oil can reduce blemishes, skin rashes, sunburns. However, sesame oil is cold, so Ayurveda advises to use it after little warming up.
